📋1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Talent Market mobile application ("App") or website at talentmarket.live ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including job seekers, employers, and companies operating in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and other GCC countries.

👤2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Talent Market.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@talentmarket.live.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

💼3. For Job Seekers

As a job seeker on Talent Market, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work experience.
• Use the platform only for legitimate job-seeking purposes.
• Not contact employers for purposes unrelated to employment opportunities.
• Respect the communication guidelines within the app's messaging system.
• Not post spam, irrelevant content, or engage in fraudulent job applications.

🏢4. For Employers & Companies

As an employer on Talent Market, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, legitimate job openings that exist within your organization.
• Provide accurate descriptions of job roles, requirements, and compensation.
• Not use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate hiring.
• Not collect personal data from workers for purposes beyond hiring decisions.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other GCC countries.
• Not discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or disability in violation of applicable law.
• Promptly remove job listings once positions are filled.

🚫5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Talent Market for any of the following:

• Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users.
• Collecting or scraping user data without authorization.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Impersonating another person, company, or organization.
• Posting content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the laws of Saudi Arabia or applicable GCC countries.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for any form of human trafficking or labor exploitation.
• Bypassing or circumventing any security features of the Service.

💰6. Fees & Premium Features

Talent Market is free to download and use for basic features. Premium features may be available for a fee, including:

• Boosted job listings for increased visibility
• Featured employer profiles
• Advanced search and filtering tools

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details on our servers. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@talentmarket.live.

©️7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Talent Market — including but not limited to the app design, logos, text, graphics, and code — are owned by Talent Market and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Content you upload (profile info, photos, job posts) remains yours, but you grant Talent Market a license to display it within the platform.
• You may not use the Talent Market name, logo, or branding without written permission.

⚖️8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
• We do not verify all information provided by users and cannot guarantee its accuracy.
• We are not liable for any employment decisions made between users of the platform.
• We are not responsible for any third-party websites or services linked from our platform.

🌍9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

For users in other GCC countries, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

🔄10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Talent Market after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🗑️11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by visiting our Account Deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
